Working visit of the Minister and his team, the leadership used the JRB is to the Minister and his team know the current situation in the company, the situation on the Danube and the commodities market, and prospects for development.

After the presentation of the investment program, which was prepared by a team of consultants together for leadership JRB, Minister of Economy Nebojsa Ciric has announced a new investment cycle in the company JRB worth between 40 and 45 million euros.

Realization of the investment will start in 2012, and the mentioned amount will be invested over the next five years. One half of the money will provide JRB, the other half of the state, whether through cheaper loans or subsidized loans for this type of activity or otherwise in cooperation with strategic or financial partner. Ciric Minister stressed that the JRB strategically important company for the state and the goal is to keep the leading position JRB.

'The investment program should result in the JRB in the next five years, and restoration of the river fleet and take the leading position not only in Serbia but also in the environment' Ciric said adding that JRB is capable when it comes to human resources and techniques.
